I orchestrate AI tools and teams to ship products — from workshop floors to developer tools. My work sits at the intersection of program management, systems thinking, and hands-on AI implementation.

Currently building a portfolio of AI-native projects that demonstrate what's possible when you treat AI as infrastructure, not a feature. Each project is a working prototype of something the enterprise AI world will eventually need to solve.

Before going deep on AI systems, I spent years in technical program management — driving complex, cross-functional initiatives where the hard part wasn't the technology, it was the coordination. That lens shapes how I think about AI deployment: the tools are the easy part. Getting teams to adopt them, maintain context across sessions, and produce auditable outputs is the actual problem.

I dogfood everything. The AI infrastructure I build, I use daily. The multi-agent context system, the RAG pipeline, the asset generation workflow — all active, all tested against real work.
